Notice of adjustment of BSMS service fee schedule for institutional customers

Dear Corporate Clients,

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) would like to thank our customers for always trusting and using our services in the past time.

To comply with the pricing policy of telecommunications carriers, and to ensure the stability of BSMS service, BIDV would like to respectfully announce the adjustment of the balance fluctuation message service (BSMS) fee schedule for Customers, applied from the fee collection period of October 2025 (collected in November 2025) as follows:

• From 0 to 100 SMS/subscriber/month: Fixed fee of 70,000 VND/subscriber/month.
• From 101 SMS or more/subscriber/month: Fee of 700 VND/SMS, applied to all messages generated during the month.

BSMS service fee is calculated based on the total fee of the subscribers registered with BIDV, maximum 5,000,000 VND/Customer/month.

For other foreign currencies, the fee continues to apply according to the current fee schedule of BIDV.

(The above fee schedule does not include VAT.)

From November 2025, BIDV will temporarily suspend the provision of BSMS services if customers have not paid the service fee for 3 consecutive months. Therefore, to avoid service interruption, we kindly request that customers maintain a sufficient balance in their payment account for BIDV to collect the fee.
