BIDV and SEMBCORP – Marking a new cooperation milestone.

Attending the ceremony, on BIDV's side were Mr. Tran Long - Deputy General Director and the Leaders of Departments/Centers at the Head Office and Hanoi Branch; on SEMBCORP Industries Group's side, there was Ms. Emily Pham - Director of Finance and Investment, Integrated Urban Solutions of the Group globally and members of the Board of Directors, relevant Departments/Units of Sembcorp Industries Group and SEMBCORP Development Vietnam Company Limited.

Senior leaders and representatives of BIDV and SEMBCORP Group attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, representatives of both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to acknowledge the long-term cooperation commitments between Sembcorp Development Vietnam and BIDV for Integrated Urban Solutions projects that SEMBCORP Industries Group implements in Vietnam in various fields (logistics centers, water and waste treatment, data centers, etc.).

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Duong - Director of BIDV Hanoi Branch and Mr. Vo Hoang Phan Hien - General Director of SEMBCORP Development Vietnam Co., Ltd. signed the MOU and Credit Contract.

Marking the first step in the long-term cooperation process between BIDV and SEMBCORP in the field of Integrated Urban Solutions, at the ceremony, the two sides signed a credit contract worth 770 billion VND to finance the Sembcorp Integrated Hub Bac Ninh I Logistics Center project. At the time of operation, the Project will be an integrated center for logistics solutions with a modern system of warehouses and pre-built factories, meeting strict standards on technology, facilities and environment. This is the 16th project of SEMBCORP Group in Vietnam with the support and funding from BIDV and the first project that the two sides cooperate in the field of Logistics Center.
