Based on the results of selecting the Supplier of the procurement package "Customer interaction branch VRM management and support system" under PAMS "Customer interaction branch VRM management and support system", Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (Hereinafter referred to as "The Bidding Party") announces:

1. Name of the winning bidder and content of the Supplier selection results:

a) Name of the winning bidder: FPT International Telecommunication Company Limited

- Tax code: 0305793402

- Address: Lot L.29B-31B-33B Tan Thuan Street, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

b) Winning bid price (including taxes, fees and related costs): VND 1,319,927,216 (One billion three hundred and nineteen million, nine hundred and twenty-seven thousand, two hundred and sixteen dong).

c) Contract form: Contract according to adjusted unit price.

d) Contract performance period: 14 months from the effective date of the contract.

2. List of Unselected Suppliers and Reasons for Non-Selection

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development respectfully announces to the suppliers who have participated in bidding for the procurement package "Customer interaction branch VRM management and support system" with the above content.
