BIDV accompanies and supports women in border areas
Recently, in response to the program "Accompanying women in the border areas", BIDV Trade Union supported 250 million VND to award scholarships to students who are children of poor women and children of female workers with difficult circumstances in border localities of An Giang and Cao Bang provinces.

This is an activity within the framework of the coordination program between the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam Women's Union on organizing activities for female cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the period 2022 - 2027.
In An Giang, the BIDV delegation awarded 120 scholarships to children of female union members in mountainous border communes in Tri Ton district and Tinh Bien town on April 4, 2025. In Cao Bang, the program to award 130 scholarships was held on April 10 in Ha Quang and Trung Khanh districts.
In 2023 and 2024, BIDV Trade Union also coordinated with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award scholarships to children in the provinces of Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lang Son, Ha Tinh and Quang Tri with a total cost of up to 410 million VND.
