During her 5 years as Chairwoman of the Trade Union, Ms. Khanh has always put the interests of employees first, constantly innovating the Union's operating methods, creating a strong connection between the Board of Directors and staff. For her, the Union is not only an organization representing employees but also a common home, where each BIDV staff member is listened to, shared and accompanied.
She has proactively proposed many practical solutions to improve the material and spiritual life of union members, especially female staff. The program to support staff in difficult circumstances, welfare policies for female workers, training courses to improve soft skills and expertise, etc. have all been implemented systematically and practically. These efforts not only help women become more confident in their work but also motivate them to stay with BIDV for a long time.
In addition, she is also a strong inspiration in emulation movements, especially the movement "Good at banking, good at housework". She always encourages female staff to promote their capacity, dare to innovate, and proactively adapt to the development of the banking industry in the digital transformation era. Under her leadership, the Trade Union has achieved many outstanding achievements that have been commended and recognized by Trade Unions at all levels. Being honored as one of 17 outstanding Trade Union Chairmen of BIDV at the Conference "Recognizing exemplary Trade Union Chairmen" organized by the Vietnam Banking Trade Union is a great honor for her. Busy with professional work and Union activities, when she returns home, she is still a devoted wife and mother, taking great care of her family. Seeing how she balances work and life, her colleagues cannot help but admire her ingenuity and courage. As a woman, to do well in both roles "Good at banking, good at housework", she herself must have make a lot of effort. For her, work and family have a close mutual relationship, so balancing the two is important. "As a manager, I have to arrange work, allocate time scientifically and appropriately, and at the same time try to do my best to ensure I fulfill my role as a woman in the family. I am fortunate to receive understanding, care, support and sharing from relatives and especially my partner. Housework is all done by grandparents, husband and children", Ms. Khanh shared.
