At the program, Ms. Caili Ho directly presented the key contents including: techniques to distinguish real money from fake money (USD, EUR, AUD,...), processing procedures according to international standards, modern cash risk management trends and sharing practical experiences from BOA. The workshop was very practical in supporting professional officers in improving their professional capacity when implementing cash foreign currency operations at BIDV.

The training program was successfully conducted and received many positive feedbacks from the participating officers, thereby contributing to further strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two banks and supporting BIDV to improve the quality of cash and treasury management. BIDV hopes that BOA will continue to accompany, organize more training courses and update knowledge on foreign currency cash operations for BIDV officers in the near future.
