BIDV joins hands with Tax Department to support businesses in tax declaration
On November 20, 2025, BIDV signed a cooperation agreement with Department of Taxation to support business households in tax declaration and launching the MyShop Pro application - a comprehensive sales management solution for small traders and business households.
Attending the event were Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department, Ministry of Finance; Mr. Vu Manh Cuong - Deputy Director of the Tax Department, Head of Taxation of Hanoi City; Ms. Le Thi Duyen Hai - Deputy General Secretary of Tax Consulting Association. Mr. Le Ngoc Lam - General Director of BIDV, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Giao - Deputy General Director and representatives of departments at the Head Office and BIDV branches in the area.
The event also welcomed nearly 200 business households - the main subjects of the tax declaration conversion program.
In particular, the event was connected online at more than 300 points, which are tax units and BIDV branches nationwide, with the monitoring of tax officers and BIDV officers.
This is a strategic action affirming BIDV's role as a reliable companion of economic entities. This is also a concrete action of BIDV in implementing major orientations of the Party and State in the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development, and is a positive response to the policy on modernizing tax management according to Decision 3389/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on the Project "Converting tax management models and methods for business households when eliminating lump-sum tax"; Decision 3352/QD-CT of the Tax Department on launching the Campaign "60 peak days of converting the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households"...
Accompanying to create new breakthrough momentum for Vietnamese business households
The transition to declaration tax is not only an inevitable trend but also an important step to create a fair, transparent and modern financial and business environment; creating conditions for business households to be transparent about their revenue, more convenient in implementing loan procedures, expanding scale and enhancing reputation in the market. Recognizing that, in the content of the Agreement signed on November 20, 2025, BIDV and the Tax Department will cooperate in many aspects to support business households, specifically: Propagating declaration tax policies and guiding the implementation of electronic invoices; Coordinating the introduction of digital solutions to help business households manage revenue transparently and creating conditions for small traders and business households to access banking services conveniently and safely; Coordinate the organization of support activities for business households converting to tax declaration and business households converting to enterprises... This is one of the nationwide coordination programs between BIDV and the Tax industry, aiming to promote a transparent - civilized - digital business ecosystem.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department - emphasized: " In response to the requirements of modernizing tax management in the new situation , BIDV continues to clearly demonstrate its role as a pioneer bank in providing modern financial technology solutions with many utilities such as digital applications integrating tax payment utilities anytime, anywhere and especially the platform to support sales management and electronic invoice issuance, along with incentive support programs for business households in 2025. In addition , BIDV also actively coordinates with the Tax sector to organize communication programs and directly support taxpayers at the grassroots level.
