Knowledge and experience are endless assets that can be given without ever being lost.
There is nothing better to learn and remember than to bring what you have learned, guide and convey to others and there is no better training environment than reality and each person's experience.
At the Conference to summarize training activities for the period 2021 - 2025 and to honor BIDV lecturers in 2025, Mr. Tran Cong Danh - Head of Retail Customer Department - represented the team of lecturers to speak, sharing his thoughts and experiences in the journey of accompanying BIDV's training work. The enthusiastic speech inspired and shared the message about the value of knowledge and the spirit of lifelong learning.
Among all the organizations I have worked for and grown up in, BIDV is the place where training and human resource development activities are strongly invested. That investment is not only in financial resources but also in strategy, in orientation and in the close attention of BIDV's Board of Directors.

Training activities at BIDV not only demonstrate the strategy of human resource development, but also contribute to creating humanistic values and corporate culture, associated with the spirit of studiousness and respect for morality of the Vietnamese people.
In the past time, I was fortunate to become a lecturer, participating in personnel training for BIDV's retail transformation project. Thanks to that, I had the opportunity to travel to many regions of the country, to business units, to meet beloved colleagues, enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate people. In all training classes, I always tell you, my students: I am not just a teacher, I want to learn from you, to absorb your experience, understanding of the organization, the local market and everything you can share so that we can learn from each other. For me, there is nothing better to learn and remember than to bring what you have learned, guide and convey to others and there is no better training environment than each person's own reality and experience. This mindset is a source of positive energy, inspiring me in my teaching work, overcoming all difficulties and challenges and excellently completing assigned training tasks.

Recently, a picture of a small horse named Ma Tieu Da running in the rain with an emotional message has been circulating on social media: “Each of us is a war horse on our own journey. What we think we cannot do, we may be able to do it while crying.” This shows that when we persevere and overcome obstacles, no matter how difficult it is, we will still reach our destination.
Speaking of “mutual learning”, another aspect to note is “mutual training”. Simply put, an old colleague cares for and guides a new colleague – that is companionship; an experienced person guides the next one – that is mentoring; a manager spends a short time each week with his employees to gain experience – that is coaching.
I believe that each of us possesses one or more types of capacity, let's continue to cultivate, master and be able to give, give with a spirit of tolerance, openness to anyone who needs support, help. After nearly 10 years of participating in training work in many different models and organizations; I realized one special thing: Knowledge - experience is an endless asset, can be given without being lost . When discovering this, everyone can become a "teacher", a leader of others. And then the training story of a business will not stop at how many courses, how many hours of study or how many lecturers... but the training resources, serving learning for the organization will be multiplied endlessly.
Let's nurture gratitude and sharing together so that each of us is both a learner and a teacher in our daily work life.

I also want to propose to the Board of Directors the idea of launching a "companion training" movement among staff, building a "colleagues progress together" model, improving the effectiveness of support, mentoring, and training at work, promoting the strength of practical training in the working environment (also known as on-job training). This is very necessary and appropriate in the context of an environment where accessing theoretical knowledge has become easier thanks to technology and artificial intelligence; but the application of theories into practice needs to be flexible, fast, and effective.
On the occasion of the Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20, I would like to wish all lecturers and those participating in training activities throughout the system good health, abundant energy, to continue the journey of sharing and spreading knowledge with passion, and to contribute to promoting BIDV's training activities to grow.
