Grassroots Trade Union Congress: Imprint of Solidarity and Aspiration for Development

This is not only a broad political activity, but also a festival to demonstrate the strength of solidarity, democracy and intelligence of BIDV workers.

Taking place in the context of BIDV's efforts to complete strategic goals, the Trade Union Congresses for the 2025 - 2030 term focused on summarizing activities for the 2023 - 2025 term, reviewing the activities of the Executive Committee of the previous term, and discussing and agreeing on directions and tasks for the next 5-year period.

The highlight throughout the congresses is the spirit of "Innovation - Creativity - Responsibility - Efficiency". The reports frankly acknowledge the advantages and disadvantages, thereby proposing practical solutions to better care for the material and spiritual life of union members, while closely linking union activities with the excellent completion of business tasks.

This series of important events took place throughout November 2025, creating a wave of exciting competition stretching from North to South. At each point, the Congress was not only a place to discuss work but also truly became a festival of solidarity.

At BIDV Nghe An, the congress atmosphere became soft and emotional with elaborate performances by the union members themselves. Meanwhile, at BIDV Hanoi and Thang Long, the spirit of "Innovation - Creativity" was clearly demonstrated through sharp discussions on developing corporate culture and digital transformation.

With the spirit of "Democracy - Discipline - Consensus", the Congress at the grassroots trade unions has successfully completed the key contents. Delegates frankly assessed the results of activities in the 2023 - 2025 term, and at the same time agreed on the direction for the next 5 years (2025 - 2030).

The consistent goal identified by the Trade Unions is: Continuing to innovate working methods, taking practical care of the material and spiritual life of union members; at the same time, arousing motivation for each officer and employee to strive, contributing to making BIDV a "Big - Strong - Green" bank.

In particular, personnel work was carried out seriously and in accordance with procedures. Delegates at the Congress wisely selected outstanding faces in terms of intelligence, ethics and enthusiasm to be elected to the Executive Committee for the new term, as well as elect a delegation to attend the BIDV Trade Union Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.

Closing the series of events, the success of the Trade Union Congresses is a solid premise for the entire BIDV system to enter the 2025 - 2030 term with a new mindset. The newly launched Executive Committees carry the expectations of thousands of union members for a dynamic and creative term, continuing to build the "common home" BIDV to be increasingly happy and develop sustainably.
