3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Applicable to BIDV JCB cardholders paying directly with JCB card at the reception desk (Cardholders must present their card and pay directly at the hotel).
- Reservations may be canceled without prior notice if credit card information is invalid.
- In case of cancellation or no check in after booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellations within 14 days prior to stay will be charged in full.
- Changing the date of stay or number of nights may result in a change in room rate.
