TALKSHOW “Journey of Aspiration - Nurturing the Future” at Quy Nhon University

On the morning of December 7th, the Quy Nhon University auditorium became the meeting place for aspiring young people at the Talkshow "Journey of Aspiration – Nurturing the Future".

Here, the story of digital transformation and adaptive thinking in the new era was passionately shared with hundreds of students by representatives of BIDV Binh Dinh and reputable entrepreneurs.

The program featured three speakers, representing the leading generations of local leaders: Mr. Nguyen Van Lang (General Director of Becamex Binh Dinh), Mr. Vu Hong Quan (Vice President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association), and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh (Director of BIDV Binh Dinh).

Drawing on their practical business experience, the three guest speakers conveyed a powerful message: In the digital age, ambition is the primary "ingredient" for creating extraordinary journeys.

A new perspective on human resources in the banking industry in the era of Industry 4.0. The highlight of the discussion was the sharing by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh – the first female Director of BIDV Binh Dinh – on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the labor market.

Analyzing the shift in the financial industry from automation to smart data analysis, Ms. Quynh shared her opinion: "AI is not a threat to eliminate job opportunities, but a catalyst to create new positions. Instead of fearing being replaced, the younger generation needs to equip themselves with digital thinking to go hand in hand with and master technology."

In addition, the BIDV female leader did not hesitate to share about her own journey of persistent efforts, from a grassroots credit officer to the highest executive position at the branch. "Your starting point does not define who you are. It is your attitude in facing pressure and how you get up after falling that determines your value," Ms. Quynh advised.

A series of difficult questions raised by students about starting a business, balancing life or social media pressure were answered by speakers with practical advice. The talk show ended but opened a new mindset for Quy Nhon students: The future belongs to those who dare to aspire and have thorough knowledge preparation.
