On December 9th, a delegation from the BIDV Hanoi Trade Union visited and provided support to the people of Vo Nhai commune, Thai Nguyen province, to help them overcome the consequences of Typhoon No. 11.

This activity is part of the branch's annual social welfare program, aimed at promptly encouraging people in mountainous areas to stabilize their lives after natural disasters.

At the ceremony, representatives from BIDV Hanoi directly presented 500 warm jackets to local residents. Although a simple gift, it holds practical significance given that Vo Nhai commune has just suffered heavy damage to property and homes due to floods, and is also facing the predicted severe cold spells in the northern mountainous region this winter.
