BIDV Lam Son: Joining hands to share and give strength to child patients.

Minh Ngoc {Publication Date}

On the afternoon of December 15th, BIDV Lam Son organized a visit and presented gifts to underprivileged child patients receiving treatment at Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital.

This activity is part of a series of social welfare programs, demonstrating the sense of responsibility towards the community and the tradition of "mutual support and compassion" of BIDV Lam Son's staff and employees.

During the program, the volunteer group donated 7 specialized wheelchairs for children with cerebral palsy, to support their mobility and rehabilitation. Additionally, 70 cash gifts, each worth 1,000,000 VND, were handed directly to families of children with particularly difficult circumstances receiving treatment at the Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Department and other clinical departments. The total cost of the program was 100 million VND.

Each gift given is not only material support, but also a heartfelt expression of care, concern, and sincere encouragement from the entire BIDV staff to the children and their families – those who are facing many difficulties in their long treatment journey.

Understanding the hardships and disadvantages faced by child patients, especially those with cerebral palsy, BIDV always wishes to accompany them, contributing to their faith and hope, giving them and their families more motivation to overcome their illness.
