Instructions for changing the welcome banner for the 14th Party Congress
In anticipation of the 14th National Party Congress, which will take place from January 19 to 25, 2026, in Hanoi, let's change our profile pictures to join in the festive atmosphere during these special and significant days for our country.
To insert a frame into your photo, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the frame you want to use from those displayed HERE
Step 2: Click the "Select Image" button and upload your personal photo, then adjust the size and rotate it horizontally/vertically as needed.
Step 3: Select "Merge Image" and "Download Image."
Note: If the image does not automatically download on your mobile device, press and hold the image for at least 5 seconds to display the option to save the image to your Photos collection.
