Notice of Temporary Suspension of Tax Payment Feature for State Treasury System Update
Dear Customers,
Pursuant to Official Letter No. 11670/KBNN-QLTT regarding changes to the bank codes of commercial bank branches where the State Treasury has opened accounts, BIDV hereby announces:
To ensure system updates in accordance with the State Treasury's requirements, State Budget collection services will be temporarily suspended from 10:40 PM on November 28, 2025, to 12:00 PM on November 29, 2025 (The duration may end earlier or extend longer depending on the actual conversion process.)
The scope of impact includes:
- Tax payments via the eTax Mobile app
- Tax payment and administrative penalty payment services on the National Public Service Portal
- Tax payment via BIDV SmartBanking, BIDV iBank, BIDV Direct
During this period, please proactively arrange your tax-related transaction plans.
