Loan Customer Incentive Program
Dear Customers, BIDV is launching a special promotion exclusively for loyal loan customers from May 1 through May 31, 2026
1. Eligible Customers: This program is exclusively available to customers who receive a promotional message from BIDV via the BIDV SmartBanking app or a call from the BIDV Customer Service Hotline
2. Promotion Period: From May 1, 2026, to May 31, 2026
3. Eligibility Criteria: Customers must meet both of the following conditions
+ Customers must register for at least one new product or service during the promotion period, including: Credit cards, savings deposits, or recurring bill payments.
+ Maintain an average balance of at least 10 million VND in their checking account during May 2026.
4. Promotional Gifts:
Average balance in the payment account In May 2026 | Promotional Gift Value (VND) |
From 10 to under 15 million VND | 50,000 |
From 15 to under 20 million VND | 100,000 |
20 million VND and above | 150,000 |
5. Notes
+ BIDV will award the prize via bank transfer to the customer’s account opened at BIDV after the program ends.
+ Each customer is eligible to receive a maximum of one promotional gift during the program period.
