Over 100 women members attend a training session on “Enhancing Management Skills and the Use of Financial Tools”
On the afternoon of May 8, the Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Province Women’s Union (LHPN) collaborated with the Dong Thap Branch of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam to organize a training program titled “Enhancing Financial Management and Tool Utilization Skills” for women members who are heads of business households and small business owners in the wards of Cao Lanh, My Tra, and My Ngai

Speaking at the training session, Nguyen Thi Kieu Tien, Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Thap Provincial Women’s Union, encouraged the women to actively exchange ideas, ask questions, and share the challenges and difficulties they face in their business operations so they could receive advice from experts. Through this, they can gain more useful knowledge, help enhance economic capacity, promote sustainable production and business development, and make positive contributions to the local socio-economic development.

Training session content
At the training session, Mr. Tran Cong Danh, a Master’s degree holder and expert in finance and business management, provided knowledge on financial management in business; trends in cashless management for business households and enterprises; methods of financial management, cash flow optimization, and revenue and expenditure operations to achieve high profit margins....
Through a flexible teaching approach that combined theory, group discussions, and Q&A sessions to share experiences, the women were able to easily grasp and apply the knowledge to their business practices.
The training program aims to equip women members with additional knowledge and skills in financial management to enhance business performance; while also helping them access safe, convenient financial services that align with current development trends.
