On June 2, 2026, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency (THADS) and BIDV signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance the effectiveness of civil judgment enforcement related to bank credit

Providing financial solutions and promoting civil enforcement operations

According to the MoU, the two parties will collaborate on key areas including: organizational support and information provision to facilitate enforcement proceedings; coordinating the implementation of operational measures related to accounts, deposits, and assets; providing cash management, asset management, and financial-banking solutions to support enforcement activities; while also strengthening training, professional development, digital transformation, communication, social welfare, and community outreach activities.

Director Nguyen Thang Loi noted that in the context where the Civil Judgment Enforcement System is focusing on implementing comprehensive measures to improve the quality and efficiency of civil judgment enforcement by shortening processing times and minimizing costs; vigorously implementing policies on innovation, digital transformation, and effectively leveraging all national development resources in line with the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, strengthening coordination between civil judgment enforcement agencies and credit institutions holds immense practical significance.
