Open a BIDV credit card, get up to 2.6 million VND in cashback, and earn up to 1,000,000 Bpoints
1. Promotion Period: From July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first
2. Eligible Card Types: Newly issued BIDV personal international credit cards, including Classic, Platinum, Ultimate, and World tiers, during the promotion period. Specific card products are as follows:

3. Promotion Eligibility: Customers who apply for and are issued any of the BIDV credit card types listed in Section 2 during the Program period. The cashback promotion mechanism for spending does not apply to customers who close any credit card product between January 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
4. Promotion Mechanism:
(1) Annual Fee Waiver: New credit cardholders are exempt from the first-year annual fee (for both primary and supplementary cards) when the transaction volume per card reaches: 500,000 VND for Classic-tier cards, 1,000,000 VND for Platinum-tier cards, and 1,500,000 VND for Ultimate- and World Travel-tier cards within the first 30 days from the card issuance date.
(2) Cashback Benefits on Spending: Customers are eligible for additional cashback benefits when: (i) they link their card to Apple Pay or Google Pay; (ii) they make any qualifying spending transaction:

Note:
- Card issuance period: July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026
- Customers who already qualify for BIDV’s first-year annual fee waiver (without spending requirements) under BIDV’s policies at any given time are still eligible for benefit (2): cashback on spending.
- The cashback promotion does not apply to customers who cancel any credit card product and reissue the same or a different credit card product during the period from January 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
- Each customer (based on the customer’s CIF) is eligible for the cashback promotion on only one credit card and is eligible for the annual fee waiver on all eligible cards during the program period.
5. Total Program Budget:
The total program budget is 4,487,801,000 VND (In words: Four billion four hundred eighty-seven million eight hundred one thousand VND).
