Macroeconomic News:

• United States: Stock markets rallied as investors returned from the holiday break; the Dow Jones set a new record, while the Nasdaq led the gains driven by the strength of large-cap tech and semiconductor stocks. The U.S. dollar traded more steadily, while investors focused on this week’s CPI report and FOMC meeting minutes.
• Japan, May 2026: Wages fell short of expectations but growth remained solid, and household spending exceeded forecasts.
• Vietnam: The government has finalized the structure of the Executive Council for the International Financial Center in Vietnam, aiming to build a modern, transparent, and internationally integrated financial center, aligned with the leading roles of Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
• Vietnam: Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung has instructed ministries, sectors, and localities to remove bottlenecks and commit to fully disbursing 100% of the central government budget allocated to the three national target programs in 2026, while also promptly implementing a set of KPIs to measure implementation progress.
• Vietnam: Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc met with Ho Chi Minh City officials to discuss promoting growth and disbursing public investment. According to information from the second meeting of the Executive Committee of the 7th term (2025–2030) of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Association (VITAS), in the first six months of 2026, the industry’s total export value is estimated at 22.199 billion USD, up 1.7% compared to the same period in 2025.
• Vietnam: According to a report by the State Securities Commission (SSC), in the first half of 2026, the market showed positive developments, with indices maintaining an upward trend and market capitalization continuing to expand. By the end of June 2026, the market capitalization of stocks on the three exchanges reached over 10.57 million billion VND, up 6% from the end of 2025, equivalent to 82.3% of the estimated 2025 GDP.

• Vietnam Stock Market: Recovery momentum stalls; the VN-Index trades in a tight range ahead of the second-quarter earnings season.
• DMX: Recently released its six-month business report, showing revenue of nearly 65.3 thousand billion VND, up 31% year-over-year, and having achieved 53% of this year’s annual target.
• YEG: Has just approved a resolution to implement a plan to offer 25 million shares in a private placement to professional securities investors to raise 250 billion VND.
• LHC: announced the successful issuance of 14.4 million shares to increase equity capital from retained earnings, thereby raising its authorized capital to 288 billion VND.
• F88: Officially opened registration for the public offering (PO) starting July 6, 2026, at a price of 71,000 VND per share. This event comes at a time when F88 is achieving breakthrough business results and the market is poised for a historic upgrade in September 2026.
• On July 3, 2026, the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee issued a decision approving the investment proposal for the floating solar power plant project on Dong Nai 2 Hydropower Reservoir. The entity assigned to implement the project is Trung Nam Hydropower Joint Stock Company (Trungnam Power)—a member of the Trung Nam Group (Trungnam Group).
