- 2. Promotion Terms
- Definition of a Valid Installment Transaction: Transactions made by BIDV international credit cardholders who register to convert their transactions into installment plans through BIDV’s partner networks and are successfully converted by BIDV on its system (installment plans via partner networks), excluding: transactions currently under complaint/dispute resolution, refund transactions, cash withdrawal transactions, canceled transactions, transactions to pay fees and interest, transactions that reduce the customer’s available credit limit, and transactions identified by BIDV as showing signs of fraud or abuse) and that have been successfully converted to installment payments by BIDV.
- Date used to determine eligibility for the promotional program: The date the transaction was successfully converted to an installment plan on the BIDV system during the promotional period.
- Rewards will be prioritized for eligible installment transactions with an earlier registration date. If a Cardholder has more than one eligible installment transaction registered on the same day, priority for rewards will be given to the installment transaction with the higher amount.
