- Program Name: Cashback of up to VND 150,000 for cardholders who make eligible spending transactions
- Duration: From September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.
- Eligible Products and Services: BIDV personal international credit cards/multifunction cards, including the following products:

- Eligible customers for the promotion (target audience):
BIDV selects customers who are primary cardholders of BIDV international credit cards or multi-purpose cards (products specified in Section 3) to participate in the promotional program (segmentation criteria determined by BIDV). Customers will receive a notification from BIDV (via the BIDV SmartBanking app or email) regarding the corresponding benefits for each group within the scope of this program.
- Promotion Format: Providing goods or services free of charge in conjunction with the purchase of goods or services
- Reward Structure: Customers with eligible spending transactions during each phase of the program will receive cashback benefits. Specifically:

(*) Some program regulations:
- The list of eligible customers for the program is updated monthly. The program applies only to customers who have received a notification from BIDV regarding the program (via the BIDV SmartBanking app or email).
- Each customer, identified by customer ID (CIF), is eligible for the promotion a maximum of one time during the entire promotional period and will receive the highest cashback rate—which is the rate applicable to the earliest qualifying period within the entire program.
- If the budget is not fully utilized during a reward evaluation period, the remaining budget may be carried over to the next evaluation period. The total number of reward slots will be adjusted accordingly based on the budget and will not exceed the program’s maximum budget.
- The number of rewards is limited; BIDV will prioritize awarding customers with the highest total card transaction volume during the award evaluation period.
