BIDV Binh Dinh and Quy Nhon Port Sign Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement
The signing of the comprehensive cooperation agreement between BIDV Binh Dinh and Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company (QNP) not only marks a turning point in the relationship between the two parties but is also expected to create new momentum for the logistics and maritime economy in the region.
On April 14, 2026, in Binh Dinh, BIDV Binh Dinh Branch and Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company officially established a long-term and sustainable strategic partnership. Under the signed agreement, both parties commit to fully leveraging each other’s strengths to tap into market potential, diversify business operations, and enhance competitive capabilities amid increasingly deepening international integration.
The focus of this agreement is that BIDV Binh Dinh will support QNP through comprehensive financial solutions. The bank commits to providing working capital as well as medium- and long-term loans with preferential terms to support QNP in expanding its core sectors, including transportation, port operations, logistics services, and related business areas. This support is expected to help Quy Nhon Port realize its plans to expand operations both domestically and internationally.
BIDV provides funding for the modernization of Quy Nhon Port’s technical infrastructure
A testament to the effective cooperation between the two entities is the event held on April 9, 2026, when two multi-purpose rotating cranes at Berth No. 1 – Quy Nhon Port were officially received and handed over. BIDV Binh Dinh is proud to be the primary financier for this project, directly contributing to the modernization of technical infrastructure and enhancing cargo handling and operational capabilities at one of the most important trade gateways in Central Vietnam.
In addition to the professional signing ceremony, immediately following the event, members from both organizations participated in a sports exchange featuring the game of Pickleball. This activity took place in a lively atmosphere, not only promoting physical fitness but also strengthening the spirit of unity and camaraderie among the staff of both parties.
This comprehensive cooperation agreement once again reaffirms BIDV Binh Dinh’s commitment to supporting key local businesses.
