BIDV Launches the "One-Stop Business Service - One-Stop Shop" Model in Tan Binh
The model was developed with the goal of enabling residents to complete all necessary procedures at a single location at the Ward People’s Committee
Administrative reform efforts, aimed at creating favorable conditions for residents and business households, have always been a priority for the Tan Binh Ward People’s Committee in Ho Chi Minh City. To further improve service quality, reduce time and costs, and create a favorable environment for business operations in the area, the Tan Binh Ward People’s Committee is collaborating with BIDV Tan Binh to implement the “One-Stop Business Service – One-Stop Shop” model.

The model was designed with the objective of enabling residents to visit a single location at the People’s Committee of Tan Binh Ward to simultaneously complete procedures such as: registering the establishment of a business household or enterprise; filing the initial tax declaration; opening a bank account; and registering to use sales software and electronic invoices on a voluntary basis
On April 24, 2026, a signing ceremony for the Cooperation Agreement was held to formally recognize the collaboration and commitment among the parties in implementing the model, thereby contributing to enhancing the effectiveness of administrative reform and better serving the public.
At the ceremony, Mr. Huynh Thanh Binh, a representative of BIDV Tan Binh, introduced BIDV’s banking products and services, committing to provide optimal financial solutions to comprehensively meet the needs of local businesses.
The signing of the agreement between the People’s Committee of Tan Binh Ward and BIDV Tan Binh to implement the “One-Stop Business Household – One-Stop Service” model not only brings tangible benefits to residents and business households but also contributes to concretizing the policy of developing the private economy, promoting financial inclusion, and driving digital transformation at the grassroots level, aiming to build a transparent, modern, and sustainable business environment.
