Sharing about corporate culture between BIDV and Hana Bank

With the desire to strengthen the cooperative relationship between BIDV and Hana Bank, and at the same time continuously develop corporate culture as well as take care of the spiritual life of employees, in mid-July, BIDV organized a seminar revolving around the topic of building and developing corporate culture with the participation of experts from Hana Bank.

Next, Ms. Jin So Youn, Head of the Hana Bank Employee Happiness Department, on behalf of the delegation, expressed her joy at coming to BIDV to share about the process of building and preserving culture at Hana Bank.

Mr. Kim Gyeong Ho - Senior Manager of Human Resources Department introduced the journey of developing the human resource system associated with building a sustainable corporate culture. Hana Bank aims to create a working environment where employees feel respected, listened to and have opportunities for long-term development. He added that, to attract young talents, Hana Bank has applied new recruitment methods such as organizing online seminars, recruiting through many social networking channels for young people such as Instagram, ... and applying an open interview process. This is a comprehensive initiative, focusing on taking care of mental health, balancing work-life and creating internal motivation for employees. Mr. Lee shared about the process of planning and organizing programs for employees, including planning programs based on the organization's business plan, discovering employee problems and common social issues, thereby building appropriate programs for employees, thereby closely evaluating effectiveness and drawing lessons for future programs. Through the sincere and close sharing, the image of a “happy bank” emerged very clearly, realistically and inspiringly.
