BIDV An Giang Branch - Spreading love, giving away over 1,000 Tet gifts
In the warm atmosphere of the days leading up to the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, BIDV An Giang Branch has continuously organized Tet gift-giving programs, bringing joy to local residents in difficult circumstances.
On February 8, 2026, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Trach Commune collaborated with BIDV An Giang Branch to give 500 gifts to poor households in the commune; each gift included essential items and cash, worth 1 million VND. The total value of the gifts was 500 million VND, supported by BIDV An Giang Branch.
Attending the gift-giving program were Mr. Vo Hong Nho - Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam's Regional Branch 15, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh - Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the Vinh Trach Commune People's Council, Mr. Nguyen Van Be Tam - Director of BIDV An Giang, and 500 households receiving Tet gifts.
The program promoted the spirit of mutual love and solidarity, working together to care for the lives of people in difficult circumstances, contributing to the local community's implementation of BIDV's social security policy.
Continuing its charitable journey, on February 9, 2026, the branch continued to coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thoi Son Ward to organize a program to give 500 Tet gifts to poor households, near-poor households, and families with difficult circumstances. Each gift package, valued at 1 million VND, was directly handed over by BIDV An Giang Branch to the elderly and residents.
