BIDV and Alphanam Strengthen Their Partnership

Under the agreement, BIDV will provide Alphanam with comprehensive, modern, and integrated financial solutions and banking services. BIDV will serve as the primary financial advisor, arranging capital for the company’s investment projects and effective business plans. BIDV will also facilitate access for Alphanam’s staff to the bank’s high-quality retail products and services. For its part, Alphanam will prioritize selecting BIDV as its strategic financial partner in the company’s investment and business activities, as well as within the ecosystem of its member companies.

To implement the terms of the cooperation agreement between the two entities, within the framework of the program, BIDV Hanoi and Muong Hoa Cultural Park Investment Joint Stock Company (a member of Alphanam) signed a credit agreement to finance The Residences at InterContinental Sapa Resort and the InterContinental Sapa Resort project, located within the InterContinental Resort & Residences zone of the Alphora Muong Hoa International Resort Complex.
