BIDV brings a unique mark in harmony with the 80-year achievements of the Country
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the Government organized the National Achievement Exhibition with the theme "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center, Hanoi. In the common exhibition space of the Banking industry with the theme "Development Creation", the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - the oldest financial institution in Vietnam - brought many unique impressions, recreating the 68-year journey of building and developing the country. On the first day of opening, Chairman of the Board of Directors Phan Duc Tu, General Director Le Ngoc Lam and Deputy General Director Phan Thanh Hai directly came to the booth and welcomed the distinguished guests.
Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong, Permanent Deputy Governor Dao Minh Tu, Deputy Governors Doan Thai Son, Pham Thanh Ha, Nguyen Ngoc Canh and Chairman of the Board of Directors of BIDV Phan Duc Tu cut the ribbon to open the Vietnam Banking exhibition booth.
The exhibition is held to honor and introduce the country's outstanding achievements in 80 years of construction, protection and development under the leadership of the Party and the State. This is also an opportunity to pay tribute to the contributions, dedication and sacrifices of generations of Vietnamese people for the longevity of the nation and the happiness of the people, while at the same time arousing pride in the heroic historical tradition. Within the framework of the exhibition, the booths of the State Bank of Vietnam and credit institutions introduce the outstanding marks of the banking industry, reflecting a strong financial system, affirming the vital role of the economy and providing a comprehensive picture of the journey with the country.
