BIDV is offering 4,000 billion VND in bonds to the public in the first tranche of 2026 through direct distribution via BIDV branches/PGDs/TSCs.
On December 29, 2025, BIDV received Certificate of Registration for Public Offering of Bonds No. 554/GCN-UBCK issued by the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, BIDV hereby announces the public offering of bonds for the first tranche of 2026 via direct distribution through BIDV branches/PGDs/TSCs as follows:
- BIDV will offer 4,000 billion VND in bonds comprising 3 bond codes as follows:
- 7-year bond (BIDL2633001C): VND 2,000 billion
- 8-year bond (BIDL2634002C): VND 1,000 billion
- 10-year bond (BIDL2636003C): VND 1,000 billion
These are non-convertible bonds, without warrants, unsecured, establishing direct debt obligations and are subordinated debt of BIDV, with a par value of VND 100,000 per bond.
- The bond interest rate is a floating rate and is determined according to the following formula:
- - 7-year bond (BIDL2633001C): LSTC + margin of 1.6%/year
- - 8-year bond (BIDL2634002C): LSTC + margin of 1.65%/year
- - 10-year bond (BIDL2636003C): LSTC + margin of 1.65%/year
- The Reference Interest Rate (LSTC) is the average interest rate (interest rate or interest rate ceiling if no interest rate is announced) for personal savings deposits in Vietnamese Dong, payable at maturity, applicable to 12-month terms announced on the official websites of the four (four) commercial banks on the Interest Rate Determination Date of the Interest Calculation Period (rounded to two decimal places), including: Agribank, Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV - Hanoi region/city. LSTC is adjusted every 6 months.

- Branches/Transaction offices of Vietnam Investment and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank.
Investors can register to purchase bonds from January 12, 2026, to 9:00 AM on February 3, 2026.
