BIDV is recognized as the "Outstanding M&A Dealer of 2024-2025".

This is the result of the voting by the Professional Evaluation Council of the Vietnam M&A Forum 2025 in the category of "Group of enterprises with outstanding private placement transactions in 2024 - 2025", recognizing BIDV's efforts and achievements in the capital and investment market.

The Vietnam M&A Forum is a prestigious annual event, gathering domestic and foreign experts and businesses to update market trends, share experiences, expand investment cooperation and promote mergers and acquisitions. This year, the event continues to attract a lot of attention thanks to large and outstanding deals, including BIDV's capital increase transaction.

BIDV has successfully implemented a private issuance of 123.8 million shares to 5 investors, including 04 foreign investors and 01 domestic investor. This deal brought BIDV more than 4,800 billion VND, contributing to increasing financial capacity, expanding resources for credit and investment activities, and creating a basis to meet capital safety standards according to international practices. The award "Enterprise with typical M&A deals in 2024 - 2025" once again shows BIDV's initiative with its pioneering role in attracting capital and integrating the Vietnamese financial market.
