BIDV Membership Rewards 2026 - Earn points for rewards, Enjoy great benefits
With fast and convenient daily transactions with BIDV, customers will receive B-Points to redeem thousands of gifts, including food, fashion, and utilities, right on the BIDV SmartBanking app.
BIDV Membership Rewards is a points-for-rewards program for BIDV customers. Specifically, for each transaction at the counter or online via the BIDV SmartBanking app that meets the program's conditions (*), customers will receive B-Point rewards added to their B-Point account on the BIDV SmartBanking app, as follows:

(*) The list of applicable products/transactions is subject to the new point accumulation rules effective from January 1, 2026. BIDV will announce the point accumulation list periodically in the first quarter of each year or when changes occur.
Customers can convert B-points earned through the BIDV Membership Rewards program on the BIDV SmartBanking app into gifts including, but not limited to: phone recharge cards/dining vouchers/shopping/travel/health... - Points accumulation period: From January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
- Point redemption period: From January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.

With accumulated B-Points, customers can redeem FREE gifts such as dining vouchers, shopping vouchers, utility vouchers, fashion items, etc., from renowned brands including:
- Food & Beverage: Phuc Long, Gogi House, Highlands Coffee, Le Monde Steak...
- Entertainment & Utilities: CGV movie tickets
- Shopping: Online shopping at Vnshop, Vascara gift cards, Canifa...
- Exchange preferential deposit interest rates (subject to specific policies during each period)
Point redemption mechanism:
- 1 B-Point = 1 VND for rewards.
- 1 B-Point cashback = 1 VND cashback = 1 VND redeemed for gifts.
- 200 B-Points redeemable for flight miles = 1 Vietnam Airlines reward mile = 200 VND redeemable for gifts.
Depending on the type of gift and BIDV's policy in each period, the number of gifts that customers can exchange may be limited per day/per campaign/per customer. If a customer exchanges more than the specified number, the system will display a notification when the customer exchanges the gift.
In particular, thousands of hot deals with prices starting from just 1,000 B-points will be available on special days throughout the year, as a token of BIDV's gratitude to customers who use the bank's services.
