BIDV Phu Nhuan opens Hoang Sa transaction office at new location
The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of local government representatives, partners, and a large number of BIDV Phu Nhuan's loyal customers.
On January 8, 2026, BIDV Phu Nhuan Branch solemnly held the opening ceremony of Hoang Sa Transaction Office at its new address: 2A Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (former address: 37 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
The new headquarters of Hoang Sa Transaction Office is located on the frontage of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street - a central area with many commercial centers, office buildings, businesses, and domestic and foreign financial institutions. With a high population density and traffic flow, the new location provides favorable conditions for customers to recognize, access, and use customer products and services.
The transaction space is well-invested, modern, and fully meets safety and convenience standards, contributing to enhancing the customer experience and the image of the BIDV brand in Ho Chi Minh City.
Hoang Sa Transaction Office was established on June 30, 2010. Over more than 15 years of operation, the unit has consistently maintained safe and effective operations, contributing positively to the overall results of BIDV Phu Nhuan with a current capital mobilization scale of over VND 1,155 billion and outstanding debt of VND 610 billion.
The change of location and the official adoption of the new name Hoang Sa Transaction Office is not only a change in physical facilities, but also a strategic step by BIDV Phu Nhuan to expand its network, improve service quality, maximize business potential, and strengthen BIDV's brand recognition in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dao Nguyen Chi, Director of BIDV Phu Nhuan, affirmed: BIDV Phu Nhuan and Hoang Sa Transaction Office are committed to strictly complying with legal regulations in banking activities; implementing the direction and guidance of the Head Office; and continuously improving service quality in a professional, modern, and safe manner to bring the highest benefits to customers.
With its new location and new look, Hoang Sa Transaction Office is expected to become a reliable financial transaction address, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of Saigon Ward in particular and Ho Chi Minh City in general.
