Standing on the 6th floor window of BIDV Nam Ha Noi, looking at the bustling traffic in the bright lights at the southern gateway of the capital, amidst the strong scent of milk flowers in the autumn weather, my heart is filled with memories. 20 years have passed - also 20 years of BIDV Nam Ha Noi growing up and asserting its position - I am proud to have accompanied and been fully attached to this place.
I still remember clearly the first days when the branch was newly established with a small group of just over 60 people, but full of love and warmth. The initial steps were still awkward, but quickly gave way to consensus, determination and desire to build a strong branch. It is the sharing and spirit of solidarity that helped us overcome many difficulties to achieve the results today.
Twenty years - a long enough time to witness changes and growth. I have seen BIDV Nam Ha Noi grow day by day: from the first faltering steps to the strong rise, affirming its position on the BIDV system map. Each success bears the mark of the solidarity, intelligence and dedication of the whole team.
Here, colleagues are not only co-workers, but also brothers and sisters, close friends. We have gone through stressful moments, busy days, but also a lot of joy, warm handshakes and shared smiles. All have woven a part of beautiful memories, a valuable asset in my career and life.
BIDV Nam Ha Noi, at the age of 20 today, is at the peak of youth and aspiration. We, the staff of BIDV Nam Ha Noi, always believe that with the spirit of solidarity, dedication and professionalism, the branch will continue to grow higher and further, contributing more to the development of the BIDV system, of the capital Hanoi, of the country of Vietnam.
For me, BIDV Nam Ha Noi is not only a workplace, but also a home - where I entrust my youth, faith and love for the profession. And I will always be proud and grateful to have accompanied this group on the past journey as well as the journey ahead.
And then, every autumn, when the scent of milk flowers is fragrant again at the southern gateway of Hanoi, I seem to hear a heartfelt message: continue to maintain your determination, love and aspiration, so that many years from now, BIDV Nam Ha Noi will still radiate its fragrant scent, grow tall and radiant, and spread love and faith to future generations.
