Last week, an atmosphere of excitement and pride spread throughout the BIDV system when units simultaneously organized many exciting and meaningful activities, aiming to welcome the 1st Government Party Congress and celebrate the 95th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025).
BIDV attends the 1st Government Party Congress
Promoting the role of a key State financial institution, the BIDV delegation brought the highest courage, intelligence and sense of responsibility to contribute opinions to the documents of the 1st Government Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
BIDV also actively participated in the Economic Achievements Exhibition Area and the Science and Technology Achievements Exhibition, Innovation and Digital Transformation. BIDV's exhibition area was visited and praised by the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers. BIDV's Youth Union with 66 members participated in the reception and ceremony work, making the Congress a great success.

Award "Dynamic, creative and responsible female union member"
Recently, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Giao, Deputy General Director of BIDV, was honored to be the only female representative of the banking industry to receive the award “Dynamic, Creative, Responsible Female Union Member” from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The award is a worthy recognition of her outstanding contributions to professional work and union activities, while affirming the pioneering role of BIDV female leaders in the finance and banking sector.
Discussion on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day
On October 17, 2025, BIDV Trade Union coordinated with the Committee for Women's Advancement to organize a discussion with the Consulting Corner "Reading books every day" and "Changing subconscious beliefs - The key to overcoming personal limits, helping you become more successful, healthier and happier". The discussion brought meaningful moments to BIDV female staff, demonstrating the Union's concern for workers.

Energetic Weekend at Headquarters Yoga Club
On October 11, 2025, joining the atmosphere towards the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union and the Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, the Headquarters Yoga Club had a picnic trip to Wyndham Thanh Thuy Hot Spring Resort. The club not only helps staff practice physical exercise, but also connects souls, shares joy, laughter and memorable moments.
Together with the community, workers overcome the consequences of floods
On October 16, 2025, BIDV Trade Union, represented by Mr. Tran Phuong - Deputy General Director, Chairman of Trade Union of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV), went to Thai Nguyen province to implement a program with the community and workers to overcome the consequences of floods.

The delegation organized a social security program at Nha Trang Primary School, Thai Nguyen province to support and encourage the school's staff, and at the same time gave meaningful gifts to the school to help overcome the consequences of the recent storm and flood.
In addition, the delegation also visited Hoang Dao Thuy Transaction Office, Thai Nguyen Branch - a place heavily affected by floods to encourage the spirit of workers. The activity demonstrated BIDV's mission and concern for workers and the community.
BIDV promotes Green transformation

On October 14, 2025, at BIDV Binh Dinh Headquarters, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development - Binh Dinh Branch and Lado Company signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement, marking an important step forward in green transformation and cashless payments.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Tra Duong - Deputy Director of State Bank Region XI, Mr. Tran Dinh Son - Deputy Director of Gia Lai Provincial Department of Construction, and representatives of the two sides' leaders.
Here, BIDV Binh Dinh sponsored 22 electric vehicle charging stations, implemented salary payments for nearly 1,000 employees and drivers of Lado company, presented 700 sets of QR codes and provided preferential credit packages to support the development of green and sustainable transportation. On the business side, Lado committed to using BIDV Binh Dinh account as the main account in electronic transactions.

On October 13, 2025, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Provincial Business Association to solemnly organize a ceremony to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day.

On this occasion, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Binh Dinh Branch (BIDV Binh Dinh) was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee "For outstanding achievements in production and business activities in the period of 2024-2025, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day October 13."
