BIDV has officially launched the “Life Convenience” payment feature on the BIDV SmartBanking app using credit card funds, helping customers spend flexibly and enjoy many attractive benefits.
Customers can easily pay for services such as airline tickets, movie tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, VNShop purchases, Vietmap (navigation software), Thanh Thuy Hot Springs… directly on SmartBanking using their BIDV credit card, in addition to the standard account payment method.
When using this feature, customers will enjoy the following notable benefits:
- Spend now, pay later with up to 45 days interest-free;
- 0% installment support for transactions of 3 million VND or more;
- Earn B-Points and enjoy exclusive offers from BIDV and its partners;
- Fast and convenient transactions right on the SmartBanking app.

Terms of Use
- Use a valid BIDV credit card authorized for transactions (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, multi-purpose credit cards, etc.);
- Update the SmartBanking app to the latest version.
Steps to Follow
- Log in to SmartBanking and select the “Lifestyle Services” section;
- Select the service and complete the payment;
- On the payment source selection screen, select “Card”;
- Select your BIDV credit card and confirm the transaction
