Towards the flood victims
Towards the people affected by storms and floods, units across the system continue to carry out support activities and accompany people affected by natural disasters.
These practical actions not only help people stabilize their lives in a timely manner but also clearly demonstrate BIDV's pioneering role in social security work, thereby spreading humanistic values and contributing to building a sustainable community.

Summary of the "Green Initiative for Green Life" Contest 2025
On the morning of December 2, 2025, the Closing and Awarding Ceremony of the 2025 “Green Initiative for Green Life” Contest took place. The contest was organized by BIDV Trade Union with the policy of promoting sustainable development, building a green culture, welcoming the Trade Union Congress, for all staff, attracting 211 initiatives with a total prize value of 259 million VND. The contest has contributed to spreading the spirit of innovation and affirming the image of BIDV as a pioneer for the environment.

Tree planting launching ceremony in coastal communes
On November 28, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Vinh Long province organized a tree planting launching ceremony in the coastal communes of Thoi Thuan, Thanh Phuoc and Bao Thanh. At the ceremony, Mr. Vo Van Tan - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, Deputy Director of BIDV Ben Tre presented nearly 500 million VND in funding from the BIDV Ben Tre grassroots Trade Union to plant 8.37 hectares of new protective forests, including more than 14,000 casuarina trees and more than 13,000 mangrove trees in the coastal communes of Thoi Thuan, Thanh Phuoc and Bao Thanh.

The activity demonstrates BIDV Ben Tre's social responsibility, joining hands with the locality to build a green - clean - sustainable environment.

A Day as a Banker – Sowing Dreams
Recently, BIDV Phu My organized the event "A day as a Banker" for students of Phu My High School, to create opportunities for them to experience the real banking environment and access useful knowledge and career stories.
The program helped students learn about business processes, explore the work of a bank officer, thereby spreading inspiration, supporting career orientation and strengthening the connection between BIDV Phu My with the school and the community.

Sharing with workers
On the morning of November 28, 2025, the Director and Trade Union of BIDV Phu My visited and encouraged Mr. Trung - a security guard of the branch, who unfortunately suffered a stroke while working. During the visit, the Branch representative presented a gift contributed by the staff, trade union and employees, showing the sharing and affection of the BIDV Phu My family.

Winter Volunteer Campaign 2025
Recently, BIDV Hue Branch has just completed the 2025 Winter Volunteer Campaign with many meaningful programs such as the inauguration of the "Border Light" project in Ca Cu 2 village, A Luoi 1 commune, giving gifts to households affected by floods and poor students overcoming difficulties in the "Helping children go to school" program, handing over materials to maintain the "Medicine cabinet in the village" model to the A Luoi 1 commune health station...
The campaign has spread the spirit of sharing and responsibility to the community and affirmed BIDV's commitment to accompanying and supporting localities to overcome difficulties and move towards a better life.

Responding to the temporary housing elimination program
During November 28-29, 2025, the Trade Union of 7 Departments/Centers of the Headquarters: Data and Analysis Center, Software Development Center, Core Banking Management and Development Department, Customer Service Center, Payment Center, Trade Finance Operations Center and Capital and Currency Business Department together with BIDV Cao Bang Branch implemented a social security program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for disadvantaged households.
In addition, the delegation also carried out the Return to the Source activity, offered incense at the Ho Chi Minh Temple, visited the Memorial Exhibition Area and Pac Bo relics. The trip ended at Ban Gioc waterfall, bringing meaningful experiences, fostering the tradition of drinking water and remembering its source and re-energizing the members.

"Godmother" program - for the future of children
Recently, BIDV Phu My launched the “Godmother” program to accompany children in especially difficult circumstances, supporting them both materially and spiritually until they turn 18. The program contributes to helping them go to school, nurturing their dreams and spreading humanistic values in the community.

In addition, the branch also coordinated with the Women's Union of Phu My Ward to visit and provide financial support to Tran Thi Thao My, a student at Vo Van Kiet Secondary School. This is a timely sharing, adding motivation for the students to excel in their studies and life.

Internal bonding sports
Recently, Pickleball Club Office 2 was officially established and organized an exchange tournament to welcome the Grassroots Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of 3 Southern Headquarter units and the support of some branches in the area such as BIDV Nam Ky Khoi Nghia.
The matches took place excitingly, creating a cohesive atmosphere and spreading positive energy towards the Trade Union Congress.
