BIDV joins hands to support people in flood-hit areas
On November 7, 2025, Mr. Tran Phuong - Deputy General Director, Chairman of BIDV Trade Union - on behalf of union members and employees of the entire system presented more than 14.97 billion VND, the contribution from the program mobilizing staff to support at least one day's salary, to the Central Relief Committee, to support people affected by storms and floods.
Previously, BIDV Trade Union also supported more than 6.7 billion VND for union members, workers and relatives affected by natural disasters, bringing the total amount of support to more than 21.7 billion VND, continuing to affirm its pioneering role in social security activities, accompanying the whole country to share difficulties, helping people soon stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
Congress of Trade Unions at grassroots level for the 2025-2030 term
Last week, the grassroots trade unions solemnly held the 6th Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, towards the 7th BIDV Trade Union Congress, electing the Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee for the term 2025 - 2030, which are exemplary cadres in terms of qualities, capacity, courage, prestige, and enthusiasm.
Through the congress, each union member will continue to carry within themselves the flame of enthusiasm, strong will and dedication, joining hands to build BIDV to develop more and more sustainably - for the happiness of workers.

Continuing to respond to the "BIDV Smile" Campaign, Nam Binh Duong Branch has implemented many activities with its own unique features. At the branch, inspiration is spread from the Board of Directors to each staff member, together turning each smile into an expression of dedication and professionalism. That spreading journey has been demonstrated through the transaction style and friendly working space, bringing positive experiences to customers and colleagues, aiming at the goal: "Customer smile - Strong trust", affirming the branch's unique cultural identity in the whole system.

BIDV organizes a workshop - training on fire prevention and fighting, robbery prevention and vault protection
On the morning of November 8, 2025, at the BIDV Training School Hall, the Treasury Management & Services Center organized a Workshop - Training on Fire Prevention, Anti-Robbery and Vault Protection, with the participation of a large number of officers from treasury units throughout the system. The program combines in-person and online, connecting with BIDV branches nationwide, creating opportunities to exchange and share practical experiences.
Officers experience simulated situations such as armed robbery, warehouse intrusion, fire and explosion... and are instructed in quick response skills, evacuation, fire fighting, and property protection.
Through the training session, BIDV staff were equipped with additional knowledge and skills in quick response, handling dangerous situations, initial evacuation and fire fighting skills, and absolute safety of assets.

BITC SportFest 2025 – Celebrating the 24th birthday of BIDV Information Technology Center
On the occasion of its 24th anniversary (2001-2025), the Information Technology Center successfully organized BITC SportFest 2025 - the first large-scale sports tournament with the participation of more than 120 athletes from 20 BIDV technology partners. During many weeks of competition, athletes from departments, partners and technology alliances competed together in two main sports: Pickleball and Football, creating an emotional and memorable season.
BITC SportFest is not only a sports playground but also an opportunity to connect generations of staff, colleagues and partners who have accompanied the Center on its 24-year journey. The spirit of “Work hard – Play hard” has spread throughout the competition grounds, bringing joy, pride and positive energy to the BITC family.
Pickleball League Communications and Branding Department
In the atmosphere of welcoming the Congress of the Trade Union of the Communications and Branding Department for the 2025-2030 term, on November 8, 2025, the Communications and Branding Department organized the Pickleball Tournament 2025 - a fun, cohesive and energetic sports playground.
The tournament brought dramatic matches, good coordination and countless memorable moments. This is not only an opportunity to practice health, increase team spirit but also add energy for creative and effective work every day, together spreading the spirit of sportsmanship, solidarity and love in the roof of the Communications and Branding Department.
BIDV Ben Tre Hands over charity houses at
Tan An commune, Vinh Long province
On the morning of November 5, 2025, BIDV Ben Tre coordinated with the local government of Tan An commune to organize a handover ceremony of a gratitude house to Ms. Le Thi Nen, residing in Long Hoi hamlet, Tan An commune, Vinh Long province.
This is a meaningful activity to welcome the Congress of BIDV Ben Tre Trade Union. The handover of charity houses demonstrates the spirit of mutual love, community responsibility and humanistic culture of the branch, while contributing to the local government in implementing social security work well in Vinh Long province.
