BIDV Dak Lak grassroots union is dynamic and creative, becoming a reliable support for workers, spreading the humanistic values of BIDV brand in the Central Highlands.

The 2023-2025 term marks a period of strong transformation of the BIDV Dak Lak Grassroots Trade Union - where every activity and movement is imbued with the spirit of "for the workers", "for the common home of BIDV".

Taking care of the smallest things – maintaining the trust of workers

Identifying that caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees is a central and continuous task, the BIDV Dak Lak Grassroots Trade Union has always accompanied the branch's Board of Directors in all policies related to employees - from working conditions, wages, benefits, to taking care of spiritual life. The Labor Conference is held periodically, promoting democracy, where each union member's opinion is listened to and responded to specifically. Collective labor agreements are reviewed and adjusted regularly, with many provisions more favorable than those prescribed by law, ensuring the rights of employees in the competitive and high-pressure conditions of the banking industry.

Not only stopping at "taking care of the right things", Dak Lak Trade Union also "takes care of the right things" - promptly supporting union members in difficult circumstances, illness, disease, family events; implementing BIDV Trade Union's social security policies to the beneficiaries. In particular, in 2024, the Trade Union proposed and coordinated to support 04 union members in especially difficult circumstances, fully demonstrating the spirit of mutual love within BIDV.

Along with material care, the Union also creates a rich spiritual life: organizing tours, resorts, cultural and sports activities, and connecting exchanges, contributing to fostering solidarity and arousing positive energy in each member.

Competition - the driving force for each cadre to shine

In the context of the banking industry promoting digital transformation and service competition, BIDV Dak Lak Trade Union identified emulation as the "lever" to improve productivity, stimulate initiatives and creativity of employees. The movements "Good workers, Creative workers", "Green bank - For a green life", or peak emulation periods to celebrate major holidays are launched regularly, attracting strong responses. Many initiatives to improve business processes, apply technology in management, customer care, risk control... were born from those movements. From the emulation movement, many individuals and collectives were recognized: 02 individuals were commended by BIDV Trade Union at the system level, 05 union members were commended by the Branch Director, dozens of initiatives were applied in practice, contributing to improving the efficiency of the unit's business operations.

Competition at BIDV Dak Lak is not just a slogan - it is a sense of responsibility, professional pride, and the way each employee affirms his or her value through work efficiency and dedication.

Building BIDV culture – a sustainable foundation for development

One of the outstanding marks of BIDV Dak Lak Trade Union in this term is the work of propaganda, political and ideological education and building corporate culture. Adhering to the motto "Courage - Professionalism - Humanity - Affection", the Union has deployed many creative, close and flexible propaganda activities through internal newsletters, internal network communication, thematic activities, and competitions to learn about BIDV culture.

Timely grasping the thoughts, aspirations and ideological orientation of employees helps the unit maintain unity, stability and high consensus. The culture of "loyalty - responsibility" becomes the connecting thread between leaders, unions and employees; between banks and customers; between BIDV and the local community.

That is also the reason why BIDV Dak Lak is not only known as a branch with stable business results but also as a humane, close-knit group with a distinct cultural identity in the heart of the Central Highlands.

Spreading the spirit of "Banking for the community" in the Central Highlands

Accompanying the expertise in implementing social responsibility, BIDV Dak Lak Trade Union has implemented many meaningful activities towards the community, from supporting the Fund "For the poor", "Repaying gratitude", to the programs "Net of affection", "Supporting poor and studious students", "Giving gifts to disadvantaged households in remote areas". The total value of social security programs launched by the Trade Union reached over 200 million VND during the term, contributing to sharing difficulties with local people, spreading the image of BIDV as friendly, affectionate and responsible.

On the sunny and windy Dak Lak plateau, BIDV green shirts appear not only in transaction offices but also on charity routes, at schools in disadvantaged areas, and in social security programs - demonstrating the spirit of "Banking for the community" materialized through practical actions.

BIDV Dak Lak Trade Union is also one of the units that always maintain the title of strong grassroots trade union, thanks to the focus on organization and team building. The Executive Committee is strengthened, clearly assigned; each member plays a core role in each area of work. The work of developing union members reaches 100% of employees who are qualified to join the Union; the work of evaluating and classifying union members and union groups is carried out publicly and transparently. Union finances are strictly managed, used effectively, in accordance with regulations, ensuring resources for movements and caring activities. In addition, the work of training and fostering union officials is also given attention, helping the union officials to become more confident, dedicated and professional in performing their tasks.

Three years is not long but enough to affirm a journey of effort, creativity and commitment of BIDV Dak Lak Trade Union. With the results achieved, the Trade Union has truly become a bridge between workers and professionals, a solid spiritual support, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of the branch.

Entering the new term, BIDV Dak Lak Trade Union continues to promote the tradition of solidarity, innovate the content of activities, focus on the grassroots, take workers as the center; build a team of BIDV union members with "Courage - Intelligence - Innovation - Humanity" , contributing with the BIDV system to realize the goal of sustainable development, bringing good values to customers, community and society.
