A Thrilling Battle of Wits: From Strategic Solutions to the Race for Resources
Episode 5 featured a dramatic showdown between three competing teams: the University of Commerce, Thang Long University, and Vietnam Maritime University.
The three teams compete in Quarterfinal 5 of the 2026 Money Universe.
- Data Hunter Round: The round began with the challenge of explaining the specialized concept of an “Annual Report” to Cong Minh (an 8th-grade student) and answering questions about effective cash flow management habits to accumulate Monee “ammo” for the next stages.
- Big Bang Round (Digital Content Creation Challenge): Faced with the situation of a cultural content creator struggling to increase revenue and protect copyright, the competing teams proposed various solution packages (“Creative Ecosystem,” “Selling Insights—Not Just Views,” “Copyright as an Asset”). The unexpected resignation of a key team member forced the teams to demonstrate their risk management capabilities and maintain stable operating cash flow.
- The Black Hole Round: An intense individual battle of wits among top representatives to decode digital financial codes. Thanks to smart resource management and unwavering composure under time pressure, Pham Thanh Thu—representing the University of Commerce—became the only participant to successfully escape the “Cosmic Black Hole.”
