1. PROMOTION DETAILS: Receive a 50,000 KRW (~VND 900,000) cashback when you spend a total of 500,000 KRW or more at participating merchants in South Korea using your BIDV JCB card.

2. VALIDITY PERIOD: The program is valid from October 1 to December 31, 2026

Cardholders will receive a 50,000 KRW reward when they spend a total of 500,000 KRW or more during each of the following phases:

Phase 1: October 1 – October 31, 2026

Phase 2: November 1 – November 30, 2026

Phase 3: December 1 – December 31, 2026

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Transactions must be made using a BIDV JCB card

- The program applies to in-store transactions at merchants in South Korea; it does not apply to online transactions.

- Only transactions paid in South Korean Won (KRW) are eligible for this promotion.

- The cashback amount will be calculated based on the final payment amount, including taxes and any other special offers that may be applied to that amount.

- Each card is eligible for a cashback reward only once per promotional period, with a total cashback amount not exceeding 50,000 KRW per card per period and not exceeding 150,000 KRW per card for the entire duration of the program.

- JCB cardholders do not need to register—simply make a qualifying payment to be eligible for the cashback.

- Eligibility for this offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The terms and conditions of this promotional program are subject to change without prior notice.

- This program may end early once the cashback budget limit is reached.

- Transactions eligible for this promotion are calculated based on the date of purchase. However, transactions may not be counted if they take a long time to process and the information is not received within a specified time frame.

- Only transactions occurring during the promotional period will be counted. Transactions with delayed processing or late recording may not be accepted.

- Cashback for this program will be processed by the card-issuing bank.

- The actual date the refund appears on the cardholder’s credit card statement depends on each issuing bank’s schedule for processing international transactions; the actual credit may take longer than 3 months from the transaction date.

- Fractional amounts will be rounded down.

- The exchange rate applied at the time of the refund may differ from the rate used when you made the payment.

- JCB will not issue a refund if any of the following conditions apply:

+ The transaction is canceled, modified, refunded, or shows signs of fraud

+ The cardholder has canceled the card or has not activated the account at the time of the refund

- The card number has changed due to a replacement or reissuance

+ The card is no longer valid at the time of the refund

+ The transaction was not processed on time due to a system error or other reasons

+ Payment made through a third party, not directly at a participating store

- JCB International Co., Ltd. and participating merchants are not liable for any disputes with cardholders regarding this promotional program.

- In the event that a cardholder violates these terms and conditions or causes harm to JCB International Co., Ltd. or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts related to participation in this promotional program, JCB International Co., Ltd. may suspend or cancel this promotional program; in such a case, all cashback eligibility accumulated up to the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

- In the event of any dispute, JCB International Co., Ltd. reserves the sole right to determine the validity of the program, make the final decision, and modify, suspend, or terminate the program.
