Speaking at the ceremony, representative Mr. Tran Phuong emphasized: "The 211 initiatives participating in the contest, whether they won the prize or not, are all pink bricks that contribute to building BIDV's invaluable "green knowledge warehouse". Each author is a winner, because they dared to think differently, to propose new things, and to contribute to shaping the standards for the system."

The highlight of the 2025 competition is the high practical application of the initiatives. The ideas do not stop at theory but focus on solving specific problems in banking operations, distributed into 03 key areas:
Cultural sector group (108 initiatives): Typical initiatives include “Zero Leak”, “Green Meeting”, “BIDV E-Bill” or “Green Reward Points”. These solutions have strongly contributed to the digital transformation, reducing the use of documents, limiting plastic waste and raising awareness of saving in daily activities.

Cost Savings – Energy – Office Group (71 initiatives): Rated as the group with the highest professional quality with an outstanding average score. Initiatives such as “B.One – PBM Integration”, “3-No Office”, “Printer Ink Tracking”, “Electronic Stamps” or “Getting QR Numbers” have brought about clear economic efficiency through saving materials, reducing power consumption and optimizing labor productivity.

Green Space Group (32 initiatives): Focus on improving the working environment and customer experience with visual models such as "BIDV Electric Charging Station", "GreenHub - Renewable Green Corner". These are important foundations to help build the BIDV brand image as friendly, civilized and responsible for the environment.

BIDV Trade Union Chairman - Mr. Tran Phuong gave strategic directions for the next phase: "Units need to continue to research and replicate highly applicable initiatives, putting the results of the competition into practice. We must turn initiatives into habits, from habits into lifestyles, and from lifestyles into organizational culture."
The 2025 "Green Initiative for Green Life" contest has ended successfully, but at the same time opened a new journey. It is the journey to realize the desire for innovation, where each BIDV union member and employee continues to contribute their intelligence and enthusiasm to build a BIDV "Greener - More Creative and More Sustainable"
