BIDV Hanoi Trade Union Congress: Determined to maintain the position of the leading branch in the system

This is an important union event, aiming to evaluate the results of the past term, set out the direction for the new term and strengthen the grassroots union organization. The Congress was honored to welcome the delegates: Comrade Tran Phuong - Member of the Standing Committee of BIDV Party Committee, Deputy General Director, Chairman of BIDV Union; Comrade Bui Quoc Huan - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of BIDV Union Inspection Committee.

The congress took place in a solemn, democratic, united and innovative atmosphere; the entire congress looked back on the past journey, agreed on the direction of activities for the new term, continued to promote the role of the Trade Union in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, and actively spread BIDV's corporate culture, continuing the journey of building an increasingly strong BIDV Hanoi Trade Union, contributing positively to the overall development of the entire system.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Tran Phuong - Member of the Standing Committee of BIDV Party Committee, Deputy General Director, Chairman of BIDV Trade Union acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the spirit of solidarity, efforts and striving of all Party members and employees.

In the past term, the grassroots trade union has excellently completed its tasks in both increasing business efficiency, researching scientific topics, taking care of the lives of employees, actively implementing social security work, union work, developing cultural and sports movements, thereby building a strong Party and trade union organization.

He also believes that the new term Union Executive Committee will inherit the achievements, continue to innovate, be creative, accompany the Board of Directors, the Branch Party Committee, promote the strength of more than 260 union members to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress, successfully implement the Business Plan of BIDV Hanoi Branch, contributing to the successful implementation of the goal of building BIDV into a BIG - STRONG - GREEN bank in the new era of the country.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union for the new term, consisting of 09 comrades, ensuring the standards of quality, capacity, and prestige to lead the Trade Union activities in the coming period. The Congress also elected official delegates and alternate delegates to attend the 7th BIDV Trade Union Congress. The Congress Resolution was passed, serving as the basis for implementing action programs for the 2025-2030 term, upholding the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union together with each union member and worker is determined to turn the spirit of the Resolution into concrete actions, practical daily work so that the trade union organization truly becomes a reliable support, a common home for workers.

The 10th Congress of BIDV Hanoi Branch's Trade Union, term 2025-2030, ended in joy, enthusiasm and pride, upholding the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, overcoming difficulties and challenges, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress of the Trade Union for the term 2025 - 2030, building a strong team of union members - workers and Trade Union organizations, contributing to strengthening the solidarity of the Ministry, promoting innovation in the unit's activities for the goal of excellently completing all assigned tasks.
