The project is being implemented by BIDV using internal resources with the support and collaboration of Hanabank. This represents a combination of BIDV’s internal capabilities and the practical experience of a trusted strategic partner with a long-standing history, a systematic and scientific approach to business management, and a track record proven through practice—serving as a solid foundation for the CBT Project to achieve success.

The project is scheduled to be implemented in three phases from March 2026 to June 2026, with four strategic objectives: (1) Develop a new sales model and process with clearly defined roles for each segment, while standardizing sales procedures; (2) Redesign four customer journeys using the Design Thinking methodology to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce processing time; (3) Pilot and validate the approach in practice; (4) Compile all findings into a standardized documentation package for widespread implementation.
