  • United States: U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Greer: We intend to adhere to the previous agreement with China.
  • Japan: Bank of Japan (BOJ) Governor Kazuo Ueda, in an interview with the Yomiuri Shimbun, left open the possibility of raising interest rates in the short term, stating that both the March and April policy meetings are "open" to a new adjustment.
