Nearly 10 thousand people visited BIDV booth at the exhibition 80 years of National Achievements

BIDV creates a highlight with the space next to the large and impressive exhibition booth of the State Bank - the first destination on the journey to visit the banking exhibition area of the people, along with unique digital product and service experiences and many attractive gifts. In the general exhibition space of the Banking industry with the theme "Development Creation", in addition to historical images showing the depth and mission of contributing to the banking industry and the country's economy, BIDV also brings visitors the excitement of directly experiencing Digital Banking services for organizations and individuals.

Especially during the holidays from August 30 to September 2, thousands of customers were interested in learning about and experiencing online banking products and services. More than half of the customers have registered to use products and services including BIDV SmartBanking, beautiful account numbers, BIDV debit/credit cards such as Sao Vang card - special version launched by BIDV on the occasion of the 80th National Day, BIDV Moneyverse card, Visa Cashback, ATM card... Many customers have been supported by branch staff to install VneID and register to receive social security to BIDV accounts.

Individual customers are also very satisfied when interacting directly on the LED screen with modern and convenient digital banking services such as BIDV SmartBanking X, BIDV Home home loan solution, eKYC electronic identification technology..., or taking photos with AI bots to save personalized moments and post them on their Facebook pages.

In addition to experiencing digital products, services and technology, customers also especially love BIDV's gifts when registering for services or checking in at BIDV booth at the exhibition, including red scarves printed with yellow stars with the message "BIDV For a Radiant Vietnam", limited edition tote bags on the occasion of A80, water bottles and e-vouchers through Lucky Spin, making customers very excited.
