1. Promotion period: From January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026 or until the budget runs out, whichever comes first
2. Eligible card types: Newly issued BIDV international personal credit cards, including Classic, Platinum, Ultimate, and World Travel tiers, during the program period. Specific card products are as follows:

3. Promotion target: New customers who apply for any type of BIDV credit card as mentioned in Section 2 during the Promotion period. Not applicable to customers who have any credit card product and reapply for the same or different credit card product during the period from July 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
4. Promotion mechanism:
+ General mechanism: Customers who issue new credit cards are exempt from the first year's annual fee (main card, supplementary card) when the transaction turnover of each card reaches: from VND 500,000 for Classic cards, from VND 1,000,000 for Platinum, Ultimate, and World cards within the first 30 days from the date of issuance.
+ Flexible application mechanism based on customer communication messages: Customers who receive promotional information via OTT/email from BIDV are eligible for additional cashback benefits when: (1) linking the card to Apple Pay/Google Pay; (2) meeting the spending conditions:

Note:
- Card issuance period: from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026
- Customers must meet the spending requirements (as per Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions) to receive the full cashback amount within the first 30 days from the card issuance date.
- Each customer (based on customer CIF) is only eligible for cashback promotion for one credit card, and is eligible for free annual fees for all eligible cards during the program period.
5. Total program budget:
The total program budget is 1,498,000,000 VND (One billion four hundred ninety-eight million Vietnamese Dong).
