Notice: Plan to convert customers to the new digital banking application – BIDV Direct
Aiming at the goal of continuously improving product quality and service experience, recently BIDV has researched, developed and deployed a new Digital Banking system for Institutional Customers (KHTC) - BIDV Direct.
BIDV Direct is a modern digital banking platform, applying advanced technologies with many diverse features; a completely new interface, highly personalized according to each user role at the enterprise, expected to bring simple, convenient service usage journeys and effective, comprehensive financial solutions for enterprises in performing banking transactions and financial management.
Conversion plan
To ensure continuous use of our services, BIDV will automatically convert all registered customer information and services from the BIDV iBank system to the BIDV Direct system according to a roadmap suitable for actual usage needs.
It is expected that the conversion plan will be implemented in 4 phases, from September 2025 to June 2026. Detailed information about the conversion plan will be sent directly to each customer by the bank in the coming time. After the conversion, customers will begin to experience and use digital banking services on the BIDV Direct system.
Customer Offers
BIDV offers free incentives for all transactions on the BIDV Direct application for the first 02 months after the conversion, to support and encourage customers to get acquainted with the new digital platform.
