As part of our banking technology modernization program, to enhance the quality of our products and services and better meet your needs, BIDV will perform a system upgrade from 3:00 AM to 5:30 AM on April 18, 2026, and April 19, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday).

BIDV has carefully planned to minimize any impact on your banking transactions and service usage. However, due to technical requirements during the upgrade, certain features and services may be temporarily disrupted during the aforementioned period.
