1. For individual customers:

• Identification information: Full name; date of birth; nationality; occupation, position; contact phone number; ID card number, Citizen Identity Card number, Personal Identification Number, or passport number, date of issuance, place of issuance; registered permanent address and current residential address;

• Beneficial owner;

• Purpose and nature of the business relationship with BIDV;

• Information regarding participation in legal agreements.

2. For corporate customers:

• Identification information: Full and abbreviated business name; registered office address; business address; business registration number, business registration code, or tax identification number; organization identification number; contact phone number; fax number, website; business sector; information regarding founders, legal representatives, Director or General Director, Chief Accountant or accounting officer;

• Beneficial owner;

• Purpose and nature of the business relationship with BIDV;

• Information regarding participation in legal agreements.

In the event of any changes to the above information, please visit the nearest BIDV Branch/Transaction Office to update your information by May 31, 2026 (if the changes only involve personal information such as ID number, issuance date, issuing authority, expiration date, or ID type, you may update this information via the BIDV Smartbanking app under Settings => Biometric Settings). If BIDV has not received your notification by the deadline above, we will assume that you have no changes to report.
