Notice regarding the collection of customer consent in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act

Pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15, which officially takes effect on January 1, 2026, BIDV will need to collect customer consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with the law. The purpose of collecting consent is to:
- Ensure the safety and security of personal information.
- Ensuring transparency and respecting data privacy rights.
- To enable customers to continue using BIDV's services fully and without interruption.
To avoid transaction interruptions from January 1, 2026, BIDV respectfully informs and invites customers who have not yet completed the consent confirmation process to do so via one of the following methods:
- Complete the process directly at any BIDV branch or transaction office nationwide.
- Contact the 24/7 Customer Care Hotline: 1900 9247.
- Log in and complete the process via the BIDV SmartBanking mobile banking app.
